About The Law Office of G.A. Fisher, PLC
In the everlasting battle between creditor and debtor, this office stands with people who owe money, with the exploited. On their side of the conflict, the collectors’ weapons are harassment, abuse, and deception. Our weapon is the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act—and when they violate it we prosecute them with it. If you feel a collector has mistreated you, reach past your fears and reach here for help, because when you fight back you’re not just sticking up for yourself—you’re sticking up for everyone else with your struggles. A win for you is a win for the working class.
